Go through the village of Coads Green and turn right by the garage. We are first left at the bottom of the hill. From Plymouth: Take the A388 (Callington - Launceston) through Callington 4 miles towards Launceston. Take the B3257 to Bodmin. When you reach Coads Green take the first left by the garage. We are first left at the bottom of the hill.

Please let me know your approximate time of arrival, to ensure there is someone here to welcome you. Rooms must be vacated by 10a.m. on the day of departure. Children are welcome, but for safely reasons must remain under the parents/guardian responsibility at all times. We are a no –smoking establishment.. Sorry, we are unable to accept pets. To confirm your booking, a deposit of the first night’s stay is paid in full. If for any reason you should have to cancel, the deposit will be refunded, less £15 per person for administration if accommodation can be re-let. We advise you to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation to cover yourselves. If for any reason you have to cancel and we cannot re-let the room, you will be charged 2/3rds of the total cost of your stay. Liability We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
