Middle Tremollett is situated up a short drive and offers
two bedrooms on the first floor of our 18C Victorian stone
built Cornish farmhouse.
Pre-arrival.
We are 8 miles from Callington, Liskeard and Launceston.
There is no public transport to our farm.
Directions and details to the farm can be found on our
website/brochure.
The main train station is Liskeard, however, a car is a
necessity.

Arrival and carparking facilities
There is ample parking facilities at the rear of the
property, with easy access to the front door via a brick
path.
There is adequate lighting outside the farmhouse.
Assistance with luggage is always offered.
Guide dogs accepted.
Main Entrance and Reception.
The front door opens into the conservatory 11’15’ where
guests are offered refreshments on arrival and facilities
are explained.
From the conservatory there are two steps 10” and 8” leading
to the Victorian tiled hall.
There is a television in the conservatory with a digital
receiver.
Leading from the hall there is a dining room on the left
which is carpeted and well equipped to accommodate the
guests.
Leading from the hall are stairs to the first floor.
Bedrooms.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor with a secure lockable
door. No lifts.
Televisions are flat screen in both rooms.
Carpets are fitted short pile.
Bedroom No 2 is a twin bedded/super king room which has a
private bathroom – bathrobes provided.
Bedroom No 4 is en-suite with non slip vinyl in en-suite.
Bathroom.
The private bathroom has a shower unit, bath, washbasin and
toilet.
Anti slip mats provided in en-suite and bathroom.
There is a large lawned area and the back and front of the
house
We have wireless connection to the internet.
We are 4.5 miles from the A30
We have recycling facilities for papers, bottles, cans etc
